History of Liquid Coffee, Inc.
Hirving Ebanks, President and Principal Owner of LCI, Master Coffee Blender and Extractor, has over 25 years of experience working with Shelf Stable Coffee Concentrates without preservatives. Using his expertise Mr. Ebanks developed a roll-out program for the H. J. Heinz Company in Canada. After this process was sold to another organization he returned to his native country, the Cayman Islands.
Coming to the United States in 1995 Mr. Ebanks started LCI, located in St. Augustine, Florida, and was one of the first to introduce Shelf Stable Coffee Concentrates to the U. S. foodservice market. His vast knowledge of quality coffee extraction has set the standards for quality for the Shelf Stable Concentrate Coffee industry.
LCI made a strategic sales and marketing decision not to compete in the industry with its own label, but to offer a Private Label program to all our customers, regardless of volume.
